Your personal data is also processed by BALABAN LUMINITA CARMEN LUMINITA INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRISE acting as a processor for M&T MARKET TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL providing marketing services.

5. How long we keep personal data

Your personal data in the messages will be kept for one year after the last communication unless you become our customer.

Your personal data from your booking will be kept for three months after the date of the booking in the legitimate interest of M&T MARKET TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL to ensure that everything went smoothly, after which it will be destroyed.

Personal data from your posts or evaluations on Hotel Stil page will be kept till you decide to delete your post or till you ask us to delete your personal data.

Your personal data from the competitions will be kept for 3 months from the end of the contests, unless you are a winner. If you are a winner, we will keep your personal data for five years, as required by the fiscal code, and if you win a prize which has a value of over 600 lei, we will keep your personal data for 10 years, as required by the fiscal code.
